Return Policy

Call us at 864-840-9472 prior to determining if you have a return.

Returns

Within 90 days of invoice, accepts returns of materials that are in saleable condition, unmarked, unstamped, and with no sign of shelf wear.
If the PACE Test is removed, the PACE is nonreturnable.
A 20 percent restocking fee is charged for each return.
Please return any item containing a manufacturer's defect for free replacement.
Small amounts and frequent returns are discouraged. For example, returns of less than $75 total value may incur a minimum $15 restocking fee.
The following items are not acceptable for credit: cassette tapes, videos, training materials, printed forms, and individual components of sets or kits.

Damage due to USPS Media Mail Shipments are not considered returns. These are considered US Postal Damage and we will have to make a claim to the US Postal Service which will require photos on you part. We will submit any claim necessary to accomodate your damages, but the process from US Postal Services are slow and a refund or replacement will be provided once the US Postal Service provides us with a refund.
